Accessible Information and Advocacy Support

Our discrete, 1-to-1 service is available on Tuesday to  Thursday (Thursday is appointment only), offering assistance with the following and more:

Letter translation
The arrangement of finance, health, housing and other appointments with appropriate communications support
Representation in complaints and system navigation
Practical assistance with benefit appeals and employment tribunals
Help in case-making for D/deaf-inclusive system change
