Accessible Information and Advocacy Support

Our discrete, 1-to-1 service is available on Tuesday to Thursday (Thursday is appointment only), offering assistance with the following and more:

Letter translation

The arrangement of finance, health, housing and other appointments with appropriate communications support

Representation in complaints and system navigation

Practical assistance with benefit appeals and employment tribunals

Help in case-making for D/deaf-inclusive system change

Enjoying an excellent reputation for service quality and satisfactory, life-improving outcomes in the D/deaf community, our service attracts D/deaf and hard of hearing people from across the North and West of Greater Manchester, and from farther afield in South and West Yorkshire, even the West Midlands.
